Regional Analysis and Planning Services, Inc. (RAPS, Inc.) is the 501 c 3. non-profit arm of the Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments. RAPS, Inc. is governed by a Board of Director comprised of four AMBAG Executive Committee members and three public at large representatives—one from each County.
